Stopped in Richmond during a long road trip to SC. We were walk ins and they did their best to accommodate us for 2 gel pedicures and 2 manicures, so I didn’t mind the wait times. The deluxe pedicure was amazing but my powder mani didn’t hold up as well. Got this done on Friday and now it’s Monday and several of my nails are chipped and one is bent. I’m sure if I was local I could stop in and they’d fix but the quality is a bit disappointing for a $60 mani.

Horrible experience! I made an appointment for a polygel fill and the nail tech didn’t listen to anything I said and was rude, she did not give me the correct color and the shape is horrible and does not look natural at all! I will not be back and I don’t recommend.

Walked out the same way I walked in. He put no effort into this pedicure. Then gonna ask me if I want him to scrap more after he was finish. That shouldn’t even be a question. Do it right the first time and so you don’t waste people time and money. I will never go back here.

This was an awesome experience. I went here and was pampered before my vacation. My pedicure was amazing and my nails were beautiful. The tech took her time and her work is gorgeous. Not to mention I was offered snacks and drinks of choice which you don't get in a-lot of places anymore. And it was no wait. Thank you. Ill be back. Candy was my nail tech.

I did the express pedicure which was 35 and I some how ended up paying 50? i don’t know im still confused on why they charge me that much ? Overall my nails turned out really pretty, but the over charging me without an explanation caught me off guard. Not sure if I’ll be back again.

Paid $25 just for Thimmy to just trim my cuticles. I asked prior to adding on a manicure to my pedi service what was included. Since she kept pushing for the manicure, I wanted to know if I would be getting a full service just as I did for the pedicure. I don’t think she understood what I was asking, but every time I asked if this was going to be done or that would be done, she nodded saying yes as if it was. She basically put my hands in some warm water and trimmed my cuticles then charged me $25 for something I could have done at home. I usually like the pedicure services she provides, but I will not be returning. That’s absolutely insane…

The older male nail tech has an awful attitude he’s rough and talks about you in his language all I did was stretch my back and he yanked my hand as if I was a bother to him , his actual nail work sloppy for sure one of the worst if not the worst nail service I ever received ! Spent over 100$ to leave dissatisfied do not recommend at all

I walked in after a very stressful week needing some self-care. I haven't been to a salon in over 3 years because it just got to be too expensive. Instead of been going to a friend who does nails out of her home. I usually pay $60 for just a polish change on my nails and feet. Today I got a full manicure and pedicure with polish change on both and it was only $80. Plus I left a very generous tip. The lady, Timony, who helped me today deserved it! I was in there for 3 hours! If you're over the overpriced salons, who rush you out the door Andrew on a budget this is the place for you!

10* if I could. The best pedicure ever. They spend a whole hour non stop on your feet. Well worth the $55.
