I used to love coming from Fredericksburg to coupon here. I will no longer be doing that. I’ve never had issues with only some register rewards until visiting this store. Somehow only one ended up in my bag and I went through Catalina to see that my RR did indeed print, it just wasn’t given to me.

Sophia was a huge help to me today. Packages are difficult to get to and from fed ex locations locally. She really went out of her way to help me and I am very greatful.

This store used to be great, now there are rude employees calling people fat when the customers are pregnant, being rude to customers about everything. I will be talking to the manager and I'm calling the head guys. This store needs new employees

It’s clean and seems to be better stocked than most Walgreens. Most of the staff is also very kind but seem to be unknowledgeable on some things. They also had a new guy who was very kind but also new. The person that seemed to be the most unhelpful was the manager (I believe her name is Jolyncia) . A bit condescending and when it came to using coupons and rewards (something Walgreens promotes) was most unhelpful and acted like I was lying about coupons clipped on their app.Very frustrating as I drove 30 mins to come to this one because it supposedly had everything in stock.Honestly won’t be coming to this one again.

Really slow at prescriptions. Long lines,understaffed, even when you get eta's over the phone they still aren't ready when you show up.

I made a appointment online to get my second covid vaccine i get there on time and wait about ten minutes for one of the pharmacy techs to tell me they have no more vaccine for today???.online there was 5 appointments available still for the day .
