Percy was wonderful! Chipper, polite, and great to talk to! I wish I'd been able to catch names of the kitchen staff, but I came in during a rush. Didn't keep them from getting all the food out quickly and well!

My first experience with this Sheetz is that their air pump (for tires or what-have-you) is
FREE and WORKS!!!! That I could tell, the Shell across the road doesn’t have one.

Food is ok, but the prep squad is horrible. I ordered a simple egg biscuit with cheese. It was wrapped so tight in the paper that the biscuit was destroyed, and there was more cheese on the paper than the biscuit remains. It was impossible to eat.

They literally can never get the order right, they’re just lazyyyy. Thanks for the 2 pieces of onion and the dash of ketchup. THE ORDER IS LITERALLY ON THE RECEIPT, on the screen, on the packaging. And it’s every single timeeeee. They charge extra for all of these ingredients too.

An older lady employee spit into my sandwich while she was making it. I was so shocked and embarrassed, I never said anything. This was a while ago. I hope that lady gets whatever karma she has coming to her.

My go to Sheetz when I come into Virginia. Diesel is cheap, restrooms are clean and can always score some snacks.

I placed an order today for food and drinks.... On my order there was 2 bottles of coke zero and I only got 1.... This store has always been hit or miss but lately more miss. Good luck with your order.

We got a fast lunch from sheetz and I should have asked for new food altogether. I ordered a 3 pack of crispy sliders. Timing was great, our food was cold and when asked to warm up the cold bun and fried chicken, she gave me an attitude, no apologies, no nothing. I prefer not to eat semi lukewarm fried chicken, but I was on a time restriction. I’ve been sick for 4 hours over this miserable mistake. I don’t go here often but customer service has gotten horrible.

Store was clean for the most part waited for my food didn't take long at all but as I was eating I noticed a hair in my food mind you my hair is not white and black nor am I around animals or have any so where ever this hair decided to hitch a ride on my food while during prep I'm at a loss this is my first time being at this location I will definitely be sure to stick to the locations I know from now on.
