“I love this practice. My dogs have absolutely no fear of coming here, which is already a huge plus. My dog needed a procedure on his lip and his vet Dr Nightingale took the time to really discuss the options and explain to me the steps as well as address any concerns. I like that we have an open dialog about my dog and puppy regarding things like diet and neutering and she actually listens to my wishes and isn't pushy like some are about it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because of all the vets I've had over the years she is my favorite!”

There is something most people don't know about rabies vaccine is that it's one dose fits all sizes. They don't dose it based on the weight of the animal. A large dog like a Rottweiler it's the same dose as a little tiny Chihuahua. In 2022 I lost a dog due to a rabies vaccine from a different Box Store Veterinary service and when I did a Google search saying rabies vaccine killed my dog, I found reports in Canada and all across the United States from that same box store and I can tell you it's not Petco. It's their Nationwide rival.
I live in a small community in the Winchester Virginia area and my neighbor told me that her cat got a rabies vaccine from the same place that my little Zeus got a vaccine and her cat died from the vaccine just a couple of months earlier.”
“I save hundreds of dollars a year by having my dogs on The Banfield Wellness Plan. I pay a reasonable monthly fee and it includes teeth cleaning every 6 months, shots,bloodwork,exams and more. The only thing l pay extra for is if they need medicine if they get sick. Ear checks are included also. And l get notified when it is time to come in for each step of the Wellness appointments. My furbabies get excited when we go to get check ups. They are treated very well. NO WORRIES OF THEM BEING HARMED. There are hold ups at times signing in because a couple of the ones who work at the sign in counter sits and chats and visits looking at picture of the persons pets or other things? But it is great once they are done visiting with the person ahead of you and finally get your pet checked in. Not all of the front desk women do this. Just two of them. When the others are there signing pets in its very quick and friendly.”

Even though the vet was delayed getting back to us due to another critical case, she did send a message that it was not bloat. What a relief! Very kind staff all around. We were told up front costs of visit and x-ray. Highly recommend!”
