“We were driving from Richmond to Charlotte on Rt 85 when tire pressure in the left front tire went down significantly. We stopped at Ingram to see if they could tell us what was going on. They immediately got to work, pulled out part of a nail and patched the tire! They also realized that when the tires were rotated recently they did not reset the tires….the car thought it was the left front tire but it was actually the left back tire. Joey and Marty at Ingram were super helpful and quick, getting us back on the road within 30 minutes! Highly recommend.”
“I am a nurse from out of town coming home (2.5 hr away) after a late shift when my tire blew. I had my jeep towed to this location on the advice of the tow truck driver and left a note on my seat explaining what happened. 7AM the next day my car was in the garage and my tire had been replaced and ready for me by 7:20AM! I was shocked how quickly they got me fixed up! 100% recommend this location! Plus the price was reasonable!”

“This man is a saint and an answer to my prayer. Driving from Atlanta to Rhode Island for work, I got a flat. The company car I was driving was not fitted with the right jack or wrench to lift the car up or take the rims off. I called Gary and he stopped what he was doing to help me on the highway. He arrived shortly after the call, lifted the car, and changed the flat with the spare tire in a matter of 5 mins. I went to go pay him and he refused. I told him my company is a Christian company and we believe in helping people and he said he was a Christian too and helping people is what God called us to do. The gratitude I have for him is more than he will ever know. ❤️”
“I have been going to them for a very long time. Great customer service. Always pleasant and understanding. They will let you know if they see something on your vehicle, you might need that they cannot fix at there business. And as a woman, give suggestions on where you need to go.

“Hardee Ford service department is second to none. I was traveling from out of town with no appointment and vehicle just barely would get enough power to make it to them off interstate 85. There service department made sure that I was able to get back on the rode. Or was able to get somewhere safe for the night until someone could come and get me. They got me in asap that same morning AND before I had to work at 12pm. All this just in time for me to take a last minute next day beach trip...thanks yall for making that happen. “In town this week on a vacation and I made a goofy mistake and needed to take my car somewhere. I drove around to look for a place nearby and came across River Ridge. Really nice people. They didn't try to rip off an outsider and charged me a fair price for what I needed. I appreciated the quick service, despite the number of cars they were dealing with today so that I can leave by tomorrow morning. Hopefully I won't need to be back again when we are down here again but if we do need auto service in the area, we now know who we can go to. Thanks so much.”
