“Just ran in to have a tire stem replaced. Told me 15 min. they could do it. It was about 8 min, replaced the stem, answered a couple other questions, charged me $20 and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Polite guys, full of energy, always moving, happy, laughing with each other while working, THAT is what you like to see, happiness while working and doing a great job. Highly recommend!”

“Gary does not open on Saturdays. I had a flat and coasted my way to his shop. He showed up and assisted me the best way he could. Due to the severity of the cut in the tire. He was unable to repair it. He did order me tires and had them mounted Monday by noon. Very accommodating. Hard to find this day and age.”

On Saturday, while I was in South Hill, my Tahoe suffered a complete mechanical failure. Bud Brown personally got my vehicle towed to his shop, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the belts and tensioner, found and fixed an additional electrical issue, and had me back on the road in about an hour.
That kind of knowledge, honesty, and commitment to customers is hard to find today. Bud and his team went above and beyond when I needed help the most.
God bless the Brown family, and I pray Bud continues serving the South Hill community for another 40 years. If you need a trustworthy mechanic or towing service, I can't recommend Brown's Towing & Auto Repair highly enough.”
