Lake Gaston Americamps is a family owned and family oriented campground located on the beautiful north shore of Lake Gaston. It is an amazing camping destination that offers something for everyone, with planned activities and themed weekends. The campground features a clean swimming pool, miniature golf, an arcade, a rec hall, volleyball, and a boat ramp for easy lake access. Guests enjoy fishing, boating, and live music on weekends. The entire staff is excellent, extremely helpful, and friendly. Since new management took over, noticeable improvements have transformed the place. It is a great family place to unplug, with cabins, RV sites, and camp sites. While some minor road repairs are needed, the overall experience is wonderful. Visitors highly recommend it for family getaways, praising the lakeside views, the variety of activities, and the commitment to creating lasting memories.

This campground is well maintained and have the nicest employees! The lake view is gorgeous and we will definately be back!

I grew up coming here. Excellent campground. The staff and the other campers are always nice. It's a great little community.

had a wonderful stay in the cabin! The only issue was the single outlet; with several of us needing to charge phones, the three days were a struggle. We missed the website mention of limited outlets and only discovered the extra outlet thing in the shop on our final day. Regardless, we'll definitely be back!
