Everytime Brenda is at the cooking station i know i have to order some food. Anything Brenda makes is amazing whoever is the manager needs to give her a raise.

Everyone that works at this place deserves a raise. The teenagers in this neighborhood are awful and descend on this place and are excruciating to deal with. I live in the neighborhood and feel so bad for the workers who have only ever been nice. You used to be able to pick up mobile orders from a shelf and that had to be changed because of all of the kids stealing. I legit feel bad for the workers that have to deal with awful clientele all day everyday and into the night. I’m giving it 5 stars because as someone who has worked customer service back in the day, dealing with awful people, it is so easy to let that sour your mood towards everyone, but I have only had good experiences with the staff (not the patrons), despite sometimes having to wait awhile to get someones attention to pick up my food. But again that is the stealing kids fault bc we used to just be able to grab it off the shelf).
EDIT TO ADD: whelp. I just received a bug in my food.

Over/Wrong Charges - I moved closer to this (from 3 miles to 1.5 miles) and been using for coffee & slushies for last 1 month
1) They always charge 1 size up 24 oz for 20oz cup. 20 oz for 16 oz cup. XL for L slushie
2) Not just one person - almost everyone at the counter
3) Never offer Receipt
You tend to ignore the 20-50 cents differences. Ask for receipt next time

Beware if you go here. They put an insane hold on your card. Go somewhere else for gas. They made me overdraft because of a $126 hold on top of the gas charge. Super unhelpful

Filling Co. Gas and Grub in Brambleton is in a great location and is one of the nicer gas stations in the area. The service is always good and the overall setup inside makes it feel more inviting than a typical gas station. It is a convenient stop whether you are fueling up or grabbing something quick to eat.
The main drawback is the outdoor seating area. While it is a nice idea to have tables and space to sit outside the area is not maintained the way it should be. There is often trash scattered around along with bees and geese droppings which makes it unpleasant to use. For a place that otherwise does so many things right this part feels neglected.
If more attention were given to keeping the outdoor area clean it would match the quality of the inside and make this one of the best stops in Brambleton.

House a DoorDash or time is money. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve gone in there to pick up an order and I can hear the employees talking and laughing and when I look around the corner they’re just sitting with their back up against the counter Where customers can’t see them having a good time socializing. I shouldn’t have to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for them to check and see if there’s somebody at the counter so I can get to my food which I can see a couple of feet away.

This place is amazing! No kidding, this is probably the number one place we order from in the area. It’s quick, and the food is fantastic. Don’t expect anything upscale (it’s a gas station after all), but it’s genuinely some of the best fast food around. The burgers are amazing (especially the “stay cheesin’ burger”, the cheesesteak is phenomenal, and the pizza is wayyyy better than a gas station has any right to be. It’s owned by the same folks that own Rubinos, which helps explain how this hidden gem can craft some of the best food around. The menu is incredibly diverse, and I promise you’ll be able to appease anyone in a large group. All day breakfast? How can you beat that. As well, for there is a surprisingly well curated craft beer section. I’ve found several rare brews that would be difficult to find, even at a Total Wine, from time to time.

5/10-1st time laid over in Sterling, I wanted breakfast . I woke up craving Waffle House cheese steak bowl. unfortunately no waffle house here. After about an hour trolling through views and photos I landed on Filling Co. I ordered the Build Your Own Cheesesteak Regular no bread, Rotel and provolone cheese. added fried egg, bacon, extra meat and cheese, pepperoni, mayo and filling sauce. Upon arrival no silverware, ok easy fix. I opened the bag there's no mayo or sauce, no bacon, no extra meat or cheese but did have my fried egg (there's no cheese and about 5 pieces of meat under the egg, guess that extra) and about 10 pepperoni clumped together. (guess that's good for . 79) Now I can complain about the missing food but the taste, could have had a bit more seasoning on the meat but was tender not chewy. A little more Rotel cheese sauce would have set it off.
5/12 ordered again and omg they got it right this time. Whoever the cook was today did not over cook the egg and every ingredient I asked for is here. Still no utensils though 😂

Definitely not your run of the mill convenience store. Prices are slightly higher but the store is very clean, has a lot of selection, and is in a good location. Do expect to wait a little bit for your food though as crowds can form.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! All I expected was a simple transaction and a simple order. I don’t expect over the top service, but come on! You forgot four of my items and then tell me I have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK to your store for YOUR mistake? Horrible customer service too! “You need to show up here! You need to show up here!” On repeat over and over and not even a single apology! Fire them instantly! Will update if anything changes.
