“This restaurant is quaint and filled with quirky French country decor in a cute venue outside of Occoquan, VA. I've been twice this year now, and both times it was full and lively, bordering on loud, but not what I'd call crowded or too loud to carry on conversation.
The food was excellent, with each person in our parties raving about appetizers and enjoying their entrees. Desserts are all prepared excellently but classically (this is French country style, not trying for Michelin innovation, microgastronomy, or deconstructed dishes here). I'm getting hungry again just thinking about our meals as I write this.”

“Store 136 has a great whiskey selection and the staff there are always very affable and helpful. The location is tucked away in an older shopping strip w/ a lot of construction currently going on, which kind of makes it a hidden gem there.”

“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! She did finally find the transaction on the credit card I used. Appreciate the fact that she was determined to help me return this item. Very customer service oriented! Thank you very much Laura.”

“This is my 2nd time here. The first time, was 2 years ago, I needed a couple of travel size bottles for the White Elephant gift. A lady showed me where they were. This time, I needed to get some Carolan Irish Cream for brownies. The lady there showed me where they were. I'm so happy they gave them in different sizes... 750ml $15.99 and 1 liter $19.99. The 750ml was in sale for $13.99, $2 off!! It was a little cheaper than the 1 liter bottle, so I bought 2 750ml. Will post brownies pictures later. ? The Irish cream brownies recipe is... 1 part water = 1.5 to 2 parts Carolan Irish cream. 2 parts will make the brownies very moist. You will be about to smell and taste the Irish cream if you use Carolan. Don't waste your money using Bailey's. I have already done that, and couldn't smell it taste the Irish Cream. I was told never use expensive liquor for cooking or baking. I used Tennessee Legend cream liquor before and it has a sweeter liquor taste, and make great brownies, too. I got them in TN near Gatlinburg, and we're $24.99 a bottle. If you are in the area, definitely pick some up there. They make great brownies like Carolan, with a different flavor.”

Helped me find the exact bottle my wife wanted even though we didn't remember the name. In addition I got an awesome lesson on bourbon's and scotch for my future purchases for other endeavors. “Tracy in the deli made me the best Italian sub I've had in years! The three cheese bread was really fresh and the cheese on top was crispy. I've had a lot of HT subs on that bread, but never realized the cheese could be crispy. She was friendly, fast and a real pro! Highly recommended!”

I deal with a lot of things that cause in-person shopping to feel super daunting but all of it went away just with the special way that Sandra seems to treat everyone.
