Do not get an alignment here. The computerized systems are not state of the art systems, nor are the techs. There were 2 customers complaining about their alignments and the techs had no idea what to do except lie to both parties. Their computerized alignments will destroy your tires, and the manager will gaslight you. You will leave disappointed. I have proof from several different entities that my vehicle was not aligned. I had to pay a lot for brand new tires and a better alignment at a different location. The new report showed alignments done by Rice Tire were ineffective and within the negative. I still have the paperwork to prove it. It was better aligned before I took it to Rice Tire, that's the sad part. I don't want anyone else to lose their money, especially if you're living paycheck to paycheck. I can't speak on any other repairs concerning this place, but I encourage you to keep your money and go elsewhere for alignments. Avoid the gaslighting of a failed alignment.

Called in & booked an appointment for a alignment a WEEK ahead! I had one of my workers drive the truck 35 minutes there on the day we agreed upon & they say i never booked anything once he got there. Im 100% sure i scheduled & have proof that i even called in. They need to do a better job of keeping up with what they have scheduled. Wasted over an hour of time & fuel. TIME IS MONEY
