“I got into a fender bender, and they repaired my bumper in a reasonable amount of time, owner was clear about price and time needed for repair. His prices are fair. He went above and beyond because when I got my car back, it had been vacuumed inside and wiped down. Part of the exterior of my car that had been particularly muddy, had also been cleaned too. I thought I was going to need to buy a new front license plate due to the fender bender, but DJ got it back into a flat shape. So he saved me from needing to replace it. I can't recommend this shop enough. I feel that DJ is a trustworthy mechanic.”

Erica and the entire team were incredibly professional, guiding me through the process and patiently answering all of my questions. The paintwork looks flawless! They even went the extra mile by washing my truck and cleaning the rims after completing the job, which I noticed right away. “The team at Curb Appeal is full of regular people who go above and beyond. Each person I interacted with was patient, warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Both on the phone and in person.
There was a winter storm during the repair process (snow & ice lasting over a week). They did a great job tending to all the vehicles in their lot. Despite the weather, they kept me notified of time estimates and finished working on the vehicle in a timely manner. Faster than anticipated with the conditions. The vehicle was pristine when returned (someone also thought to make the inside look nice- placing the seats back up, putting the trunk cover in).
I called afterwards regarding a sound that was happening when the trunk was opening. They invited me to come right in and check it out. Upon arrival, they immediately recognized the cause and fixed the issue in moments. Justin & Tim even let me watch & learn!
I would undoubtedly recommend & choose to return to Curb Appeal”
