I'm new to the area and didn't know any mechanics that I had confidence in or could trust to bill me fairly. I've used Davis Auto twice now and both times he has actually fixed the problem the first time and offered a good price. I always check online price ranges for my car problems before I walk in and he has come out less or on the low end of the range. Either he is very efficient or his rates are low. Invoice is broken down by Parts and Labor and his labor rate is $65/hour. Fair and transparent. I think Davis Auto is a one man shop. I have never seen anyone but the owner working there. Tip. Don't try to rush him. It doesn't work.
