  I’ve been a regular at G3 for the past six months, but unfortunately, my recent experience left me really disappointed. It felt like my nails were being rushed, especially since Henry was doing them and another customer came in during my appointment. While I understand that the salon has other clients, I still expect the same level of care and attention, especially when I’m paying for the service. My nails weren’t properly cleaned up around the edges, and some parts of the glitter didn’t even cover my nails completely. Overall, I didn’t feel like I was getting the quality I’ve come to expect, and I just wanted to share this feedback so that the service can be improved moving forward.

  I visited with my granddaughter, I had been before years ago. I made an appointment 4 days ahead, I have to say I was disappointed. Appointment was at 10:30 and we ere promptly there on time. We didn’t get started with a technician until 11:35. They did seat us in the pedicure chairs quickly after selecting color which took only a minute or two. I was asked to sit in a chair that had water in the tub that was hot but I tolerated, I was never asked if the water was okay, my granddaughter was next to me she had did not have water filled into her tub until 10:55, she told me her water was cold but no one asked if her temperature was okay. Noone came back to us until they had two technicians to assist us. I let the technician helping my granddaughter know her water was cold. She did add water but never ask her if it was okay. I felt pressured to get gel nail, (I do not prefer it on my toes). My technician never spoke to me, but Kates technician was very friendly. I didn’t feel impressed and was disappointed that we waited 35 minutes to be serviced with an appointment and the pedicure felt rushed and done within 30 minutes. I feel that they may have taken walk ins without taking I account of appointments. A total of 65 minutes and 35 was waiting. Most like won’t try them again.

  Where do I even start. I would give them 0 stars if given the option. They were incredibly rude to my friend and I, and whatever we asked for, they did whatever they wanted anyways. We were very upset with how our nails turned out, and they didn’t even seem to care. We both asked for our nails to be done with dip powder repeatedly and they did our nails with gel. We also asked for regular basic pedicures and they proceeded to put gel on our toes and charge us for it. My friends nails look so bad she walked out of there crying, and when she had brought up her concerns when they started her nails, they said “too late” and continued what they were doing. We drove 20 minutes to this place when there were closer options, and will never do it again. Don’t waste your time or money.

  they were so rude to my friend and i... we also didn't get what we asked for either - overall, very bad experience. it's cheap and that explains it well enough. our nails look terrible as well

  The guy who did my nails today got nail polish all over my hands.He didn't talk to me the whole time and never asked me how long I wanted them.My nails look terrible none of them are the same length or shape. I do not recommend

  They Do A Great Job on Nails Toes and Eyebrows and The Prices are Reasonable

  So not happy!! Tried this place for the first time after seeing how busy they were - never again! Just wanted a nice, relaxing pedicure and chose the higher priced "Bomb" pedi for $60. The tech barely kept my feet in the water. As soon as she dumped the packets in, both feet were out of the water. She was very rough and not as adept as one should be with the different processes. I had one ingrown toenail that she attempted to grossly dig out - talk about eye watering pain! Scratches were left on my feet from the brutal rubbing of a pumice stone. The massage was barely that and when it came to the paraffin dip - way too hot. I won't revisit here.

  Awful service. I had an appointment at 4:00pm and waited 40 minutes for an open chair. Once a chair opened they took someone who had come in after me to start working on. Would never recommend going there as it was a complete waste of time.
