“We got a 16 foot truck and we wanted a 12 foot. Nothing was mentioned that Budget had substituted. Locally, we were told that Budget drops the truck off and that is the way it is. They don't seem to have a strong process. Edit: They were very apologetic and made the situation right after the 12 foot truck came in a little late. That is worth a lot.”

“we used them recently in a move. they gave us the best price with the friendliest service unlike the uhaul dealer nearest us who didnt much want to talk to us other than to tell us to go online. we do enjoy person to person interactions best. Pensky services thanked us for being cool customers. truck was in extremely good shape and didn't leave us stranded with iur possessions. we will definitely be using their services again when we find our new place to live. big shout of thanks to yall”
