Tried calling in to report found mail that is not mine and after 30 minutes of fighting with the AI junk I gave up. Why cant we speak with actual people anymore?

I ordered a package from Ebay. It made it half way around the world through two set of customs without a bit of trouble. Bridgewater virginia post office had it in their possession less than half a day and lost it with no clue where they delivered it. This isnt the first time this has happened. Thank goodness it wasn't medical related.

The hours do not match the website. They close at 4, not 4:30 & the lunch hour does not seem to be at the same time everyday. Great place to drop off mail, impossible to get assistance unless you don't have a 9-5 job.
