Lindsay was awesome from the phone conversation to in-person transactions. She made the dreaded moving process super smooth, went above and beyond & very accommodating. I have been at this storage facility since 2021. They are under new ownership and they are charging me all kinds of unnecessary charges, they are making it impossible for me to pay my for my units. I am on a fixed income and they are charging me unnecessary and excessive late fees. They have added insurance and several different maintenance fees I have never heard of. When I can afford it, I'll be moving my furniture.

From the time I called to check on availability to getting my unit and now it’s been 3 months, the customer service has been a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend. The place is easily accessible, the unit was clean and the staff is very accommodating and professional. Grateful to have chosen this location!

Through out my move has been a struggle but mini mall storage and Lindsay underwood has made it extremely easy as far as storage goes. I would like to say Lindsay has gone above and beyond with this process and deserves full recognition for it.

Mini Mall Storage is a great place to store your belongings. Their staff is very helpful. Thanks to Lindsey I was able to get what I needed and fast. She’s great! I had to move 3 times within a month and Lindsey never once failed me! Really easy to work with! Thanks girl and the staff at Mini Mall storage!

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The location is convenient, the space is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly informative, helpful, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
