I went in to get a new full set and I wanted it to be acrylic. The husband kept filing down on my nails and that made them hurt and then once he was done and I could go I have sticky stuff all over my hands and the underneath of my nails are not neat and clean. at all. I want my money back but don't know how to go about doing that.

So, my regular nail place was closed. I went in here for a fill. I cannot tell you the level of disappointment I had. The nails were not shaped correctly they were lumpy and uneven. None of them were the same shape. I ended up going back 3 days later and getting them fixed somewhere else. I was super super disappointed. Especially, since I paid $50 for them. It just did not seem like they were very nice. It also did not seem like they took pride in their work. I will never go back in this salon ever again. Luckily, I found somewhere else to go and got them fixed. However, it took the lady who fixed them over an hour to fix what he messed up. I do not recommend anyone going here. Save yourself the trouble and go to Kim nails.

This is absolutely the biggest downhill I have seen on a nail salon. I went to get literally my nails done. When even though they ended up not doing my natural color, I wanted I went with a different color so it commonly was good, but then the girl doing my nails literally was pointing the UV light straight up my nail and it started burning of course I gave the signal of owl, but after coming home, my nails, and after a few days after I finally removed the nail polish, my nails are absolutely demolished with them peeling this is literally not even to include the fact my mother paid Like $20 just for them to be painted. This is ridiculous.!

$50. Be careful what you ask for.... if you want your toes done, they paint the whole toe. Cuticle and all.

I usually have an appointment with Ana and she's great! Good at what she does and is patient.
This last visit I had an appointment set with her but for some reason I was set up with Kenny and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I've never had my nails and finger tips burn as much as they did with him. Every single one of my cuticles were left bleeding, some in multiple places. The whole time he was telling me how the color and shape were ugly. If I said 'that hurts you're hurting me' he would tell me to just relax. Some nails have his fingerprints imbedded in them because he didn't allow them to cure. On some nails the polish isn't covering the nail, some nails have so much polish on its over flooded and under my nails. At one point after curing them he filed the tops and just put a top coat over so half of the polish is gone. Overall horrible experience I could keep going. I tried messaging the place and talking with someone but I was left on read. Pictures (if I'm able to post) are the Saturday after I left and the morning of Tuesday after they had stopping being so sore.

I have been going to A&K for a while and the past two months have been the worst experience there. I will not be going back. Waited hour and half just to get toes painted and then it was rushed. This happened a week ago for my nails.

Terrible!!! The owner did my pedicure and it was awful!!! This place was a good place to go, but they have lost their love and compassion!!! Sad!!!

A&K's manicurists ....LINH ..... is an extremely good manicurist! She worked on my cuticle till they were PERFECT.. I've never had any manicurist work so hard and do such a fabulous job Thank you Linh!!š

I used to really enjoy coming here and have been for years. I won't be coming back. I left with my cuticles bleeding. My nails flooded. I don't feel like it is very clean any longer either. I really would rather have my money than these nails. My thumb nail isn't even shaped correctly

I had been going here for a decade with my now teenagers. They have been rough multiple times-my stupidity thinking that was just part of it. My 13 year old and I just tried a new place. Her 1st comment was āThey didnāt hurt me or make me bleed.ā Anna and Kenny have gotten very sloppy and rush through services. They have their kids in there all the time. The young ones start goofing off and Anna yells across the salon to have them do something else. The older girls are working there, and one of them is very sloppy and aloof. It seems it might pain her to smile or speak. And now they only take cash, which seems sketchy to me. Iām also not sure they clean instruments between customers.

I hate to give this place a 1 star rating because they have good rates but an employee cut my toenail down on in seam and now I have an ingrown toenail! I have to go to urgent care to get it taken care of. It hurts and Iāll never go back

This place has went downhill so bad. I use to go here all the time and hadnāt in years went yesterday and my nails looked absolutely horrible I didnāt even take pictures and wish I had of. He cut my fingers all to hell with the grinder the acrylic and polish was all around my fingers and cuticles. My 4 yr old nephew could have painted nails better than that. They was thick and so uneven. I literally left there after paying $53 and went straight to another nail place to get them redone they was so bad I had to sit and soak them off for over an hour because the other place didnāt want to do any more damage to my nails and cuticles. I really wanted to go back and try to get my money back but I already know itās pointless to even try in these places.
