I usually love shopping here, but today the experience was disappointing. The cashier was sitting in a chair while checking me out and asked me not to take the buggy that his already placed my items and using, even though my hands were full. I had planned to roll it out to my car to load my items into my cooler, as I normally do. I even noticed another buggy nearby available that he could have used instead, but he still insisted. Unfortunately, this really missed the mark for good customer service today.

They have a small variety of items, but what they do have is really really good quality at a really good price. There are things that I can find at Aldi's that I cannot find anywhere else and that makes it invaluable to me. I shop there every week and I will continue to do so. Really like the place

Hadn't been in the Bristol location in awhile as they were always out of stock on items I wanted. I was shocked today when we went in and couldn't get in the door as people all piled up at the already narrow and congested entrance to find they had moved things around which made no sense why they moved the super busy cold section with fruits/veggies next to the entrance where all the hot air is constantly streaming in making these food items susceptible to spoilage and bacteria growth. Not sure who came up with this idea thinking it would be better for traffic flow. As the wine, bread/cookies/crackers that's used to be by the door created less traffic congestion at the entrance.
Not a fan of the self checkouts as always nasty & dirty.
I liked some of the big brand new items added to the freezer section.
Please rethink your new floor layout then I might consider buying cold fruits & veggies here again.

I love Aldi's selection and the fact that most of their products are organic.
They also carry a good selection of vegan products!

Today, I was very disappointed with how that cashier guy treated me. I asked him not to throw my things into the cart because he did. He ignored me. I asked him if he heard what I said. His answer was just a mumble.
Oh yes, he wished me a nice day, but not in a nice way.
I would just leave it, but I decided to ask for the manager and make a complaint. Well, the manager didn't care either. So I left angry. Please train your staff better how to treat a customer.

Great place to get your groceries. I can save money on my food by getting most of it here. I love their cold items. They have lots of store brands that taste just as good as some name brands.
