Brandon the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us figure out a few ways to save on our monthly bill. It was a process getting my new phone set up and my sons switched to my old phone but Brandon was very patient and even stayed late to make sure it was done. Great customer service!!!

Brandon at ATT in Bristol was amazing to be helped by. He was very knowledgeable and professional . He helped us with getting upgrades and helped to find best plan for our family. I wish all personnel were as helpful as Brandon. It’s the second time we have been helped by him. We continue with AT&T because of people like him and how well they represent AT&T. I will highly recommend others to see him for signing up with AT&T. He is an outstanding person and made the experience easy and very convenient .

I got my new phone and set up in record speed. Evan Roberts is the man. He set everything up and took the time to explain everything to me. Then after I left he called me to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Top notch service

This is my first time with an apple product and the manager Brandon was so kind and understanding in helping me transfer my photos etc. to my new phone. His customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time.

My elderly father had to buy a new phone and they did not set it up for him said it was to old and not enough memory on his old phone . His name was Ethan. Took the phone to another att the guy had it all set up in less than an hour

At&t store off of exit 7, lee hwy was excellent. Brandon was wonderful. He explained everything to me and got my phone and everything else ready for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
