Amazing experience with Lindsay ! She helped me and made it her priority to continue to help me throughout the next week to be 100% sure all of my issues had been taken care of. no wait time for me . & even called me to confirm everything was dealt with the next days , also times are hard right now & other banks people kind of judge you for small amounts or even when you bring change or 1s , she is the complete opposite , very helpful & welcoming I’ll ask for her everytime ! :)

I had a mixed experience at this bank. While our banker, Sam, was incredibly nice and helpful, we did end up waiting/being there for about two hours, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the tellers denied bathroom access, which was particularly challenging for me as I’m pregnant. It would be great if they could improve their customer service in these areas.

This has been the worst possible bank I have ever used. The customer service is horrendous. Save yourself the trouble and go to First Bank & Trust.

Terrible bank. Rhenea in the mortage department is the worst loan officer I have ever worked with. Said she would lock in my rate and didn't. Escrow account is constantly a hassle. Please do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

Wait in line for 15 minutes with rude tellers to be told their systems are down and they cant do anything at all. Dont use this bank and if you do void this branch.

This bank is not the bank to go to. I have my check deposited into my bank every week and also have bills that come out. They will not let my bills get paid through my account that I set up with them when I opened my account. If you can't deal with the mobile banking or any other part of my account then you have no business setting my account up. I brought a check and deposited it into my account for over 200.00 and only got 100.00 and then they told me I can have the rest the next day. This is my bank and I directly walked in there and deposited this and they can't give me the 200.00 in my account. This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. This is MY bank. My money. How can I not get the money that I just handed you. I will be going back to wells Fargo. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Every time I come there someone is mad and upset at the bank. I'm starting to figure it out myself.

When you call in with a problem they take all your information then puts your on hold for half hour then they hang up
