I had recently visited the Johnson City location and left a negative review concerning the lack of customer service. It seems that it must be a coordinated system wide strategy. The service is just as bad in Bristol. No wonder they are closing so many stores. Just shop Amazon!

10 employees walking around the store and the only one who acknowledged me was the door greeter, and he only said hello. I don't know how Best Buy is surviving with such poor customer service!

My experience at Best Buy @ The Pinnacle today couldn't have been better. To my good fortune I was waited on right away by Geek Squad Senior Repair Agent Alexander Yates who diligently saved the day for me - he patiently figured out a malfunction of my phone that even the competing store I bought it from couldn't figure out. Yate's efforts have won my confidence (very important to us seniors) as well as my future business. Thank you Best Buy ! ?

Horrible rude staff... damage your merchandise when you take it to geek squad devide came back with screen covered in some solution and was scratched all.to hell brand new envy laptop this is crazy because it wasn't sent that way... they said wasn't their issue or problem it came back from service center that way.. we are taking this matter to court and already have a police report filed as well against the store
