Joe, the manager went way out of his way to help us get some dining room furniture. We drove a long way up here just to see what they had and he went the extra mile for us. We will be big lots customers forever because of Joe.

Never use them for curbside pick up but today I did and the lady was so rude when I called in to let them know I was here to pick my order up. I understand it’s busy with the holidays and totally get it but don’t be so rude, if it wasn’t for the costumer's you wouldn’t have a job here and also I have a special needs daughter and it makes it difficult to come inside. I will not use This big lots for curbside pick up ever again!

The stores neat and clean everything seemed pretty well-organized although their clearance was separated into various different areas and the discount didn't automatically ring in. Three clearance items I was purchasing did not ring in with the discount. The cashier was very patient and made the adjustments manually.
