“Mine was only a small problem. The right side front air dam was pulled lose on the end. Not a big issue, but I was worried about taking it thru the car wash with it lose. They fixed it right there and then. Only 10 minutes or so of his time, but made me feel so much better about the car wash as well as an upcoming trip to Florida (worried the long drive would shake it off more). Everyone was friendly and, very importantly, didn't just blow it off like I was silly for being concerned about something so trivial. Definitely recommend them!Service: Body & Trim”

“I just traded in my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek for 2020 Cadillac XT4 Sport today. I didn’t think I was able to get it because its out of my budge but they made it happen and fit my budget! I was shocked and didn’t expect to own it. I’m very happy. My boyfriend and I got another vehicle almost exact year ago; he got 2017 Chevrolet Camaro RS. “I had Safelite come to my house to repair a small rock chip in my van and replace the windshield in my Honda Element. Both service techs showed up within their designated time frame, both were courteous, and both seemed to be competent. Unfortunately, I noticed, after the fact, that my Honda Element had a couple of scratches on the new windshield. When I called the office there was no argument about it; they immediately scheduled a date to replace the windshield. I feel confident that it will be addressed to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the convenience of having them come to my home since I live about 60+ miles from their service center.”

They worked quickly and were able to have my car fixed a week ahead of schedule so that I would not have to worry about not having my car fixed in time.
