They are just like every other wrecker service OVERPRICED CON ARTIST they charge these outrageous prices that people can't pay so they can then take possession of their vehicle because no one can afford to get it from their lot then they end up getting a title to your car fixing it after they said it could not be fixed and selling it or running it through a auction scam artist just like the rest of them

I went to go collect my things from my vehicle and my tow hitch was missing off the back of it, I was there several days before collecting what i could at the time and my hitch was on the vehicle then, I come back to get the rest of my things and it's gone. I called the office, the office staff were very rude and condescending stating they have a million tow hitches they would need mine but as I stated, my hitch was on the vehicle several days before hand while it was in their lot. They called my fiance back today and told her that I was not to call up there anymore and that I wasn't getting my ball back because we signed the vehicle over. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful staff.

They told triple A They would tow my moterhome from North Carolina to Beckley on March 6th and for us to be there at 2 pm we drove 2 hours to get there and they was a no show I would never count them

Very fast they were in a heart beat and could take debit too didn’t even have to have cash ! It was very fast and easy process to get them to come get my moms truck that had been sitting in the front of my mailbox so I wasn’t getting any mail , didn’t even have a tag on it or nothing and they didn’t ask no questions about it or why or anything really ! My son had flushed their key to the truck down the toilet lol. But the guy that came to get it also was very nice and fast!

Let me tell you about this company, not due to them but AAA LEFT ME STRANDED FOR 5 Hours on a dark highway road in Va, I’m not from here I found them on google and called. The young lady was so kind and sent the sweetest driver out to me in less than 20 min, I’m so appreciative of this company and if your in Bristol va area and need them call them they are the nicest wrecker service company you’ll ever come across.

Great experience. Towed our schoolbus/RV conversion from an exit ramp to the diesel shop. Allen was prompt, professional and had a positive attitude. They were a bright spot in an otherwise bad day.
