BVU blames my single digit speeds, despite paying for 100mbps, on a bad router - I buy new router. BVU blames it on a backup battery. BVU comes to my house twice, gets proven to their face that the issue is on their end, and they still are trying every excuse they can use to blame me. Ditch BVU, go with any other option.

WORST COMPANY TO EVER EXIST!!! My father-in-law passed away and my wife and I moved into the home and rented it for a while before purchasing it. After over a year of living there and paying the bill on time every single month, they randomly decide to force us to change the billing name to ours (so they can make money for a reconnect fee). Never called, never knocked on the door, only left a small piece of paper on my garage door that got lost after opening the door. I’ve been out of town the whole week dealing with a death in the family and they do this...They came to my house and cut off my power WHILE I WAS HOME and never said a word....after I called, I was told I had to wait until the next day to contact the office....absolutely unbelievable...

Overall they are pretty good. If electric goes out and you call it's usually not long before they have it back on. Of course no one likes the rate increases.

The woman working there was not helpful. Poor attitude and rude behavior. They also charge me a transfer fee even though I'm on a landlord agreement that suppose to not charge everytime I have a new tenant move in

Cable and internet suck. Both go out weekly. Always told to reboot on my end. I sure have to pay alot to reboot every week. Then they only accept paper checks. So if you pay electronically on the 25th of the month it wont get there till a week later and they want to charge you a late fee EVEN THOUGH IT SHOWS YOU PAID ON TIME ON THEIR SYSTEM!!...AND if you call plan to spend 30 minutes on hold...save your money and use different provider.
