“My truck had paint overspray from a nearby business on it. My whole truck was covered in it. Mobster Auto detailing was able to remove it and make my paint look brand new again for a great price. Thank you guys so much!Services: Clay bar treatment”

“Love the wash. Elizabethton location has been having problems. The wash process has not worked correctly. And another visit, my car had an oily film over my entire car. Employees didn't know what to do, and they kept running cars though instead of shutting down and fixing the problem. Very disappointed”

“The best carwash hands down! Alaina was super courteous and helped us sign up for a monthly membership. She talked us through all the different options and what was included with each one. She was a great sales person and I could tell she was really interested in the customers wants/needs. Highly recommend Alaina and Tidal Wave!”

“Due to the sun blocking a great view of the screen I had accidentally selected to do the $5 signup membership… While working to get this issue resolved, Taylor Harrison at the Bristol location, had exceptional customer service explaining the promotion and its benefits. Certainly a returning customer!”

“Ray did a great job prepping our car for the Soft Touch car wash. Very thorough and professional. Will use Triton again. Note: the Touch-Free side is cash-only, but the Soft Touch side takes a card. Bring a little extra cash for a tip!”
