Shop was supposed to be open at 9am no one showed up until 9:10 and they said it would be a couple of minutes to get open. I waited another 10 minutes and they hadn't even turned the lights on, guess they don't need the business, they want get any more of mine.

A simple misunderstanding via the one who answered the phone lead to alot of silliness.However the manager of the location is a gem and top tier.She took great care and as close to perfection as is a reality (as close to perfect as possible)Both visits amazing conversation personality manners great multitasking.It would be such a tragedy for your location/business to lose such an important irreplaceable employee.Anyone would be lucky to have such a worker.Services: Hair straightening

I don't know the girls name.... She had long dark hair. She was so kind and accommodating!! I really wish I would have got her name. It was 6pm on Sat. March 18th. Will definitely return!!

I loved the lady. She was nice and very open about what she could and couldn’t do. But the 2 light blond colors are what I asked for bangs, and then color. And when she was done I didn’t get a style because I had my kids with me. But when I got home I styles it to see what it looked like and I was very displeased. My hair is WAY shorter on one side, my bangs were completely uneven. And on top of that I paid 174 plus a 10$ tip☹️ Wish I could get a refund or at least some money back because this definitely was not worth 174$Services: Hair colouring
