This Pharmacy don't deserve no Stars they get one prescription in but they don't get the second one know when your doctor send it in at the same time and they say they didn't get the prescription won't know I'm going to well they got the first prescription it all comes in at the same time so what happened with the other scripture are they keeping it for themselves or what and going through the automated system just to get to the pharmacy it's hard got to keep dialing until about a minute system let you through to the pharmacy does 9 times out of 10 they don't even understand what you're saying you have to yell at them and then they understand

I will never go to this CVS ever again. I had some items I got on my FSA card. Don't know who was at the front counter but he was so rude. I have went to other CVS,s and have never been treated as this man treated me. I ask him what I had left on the card he said he could not find it. Got home was right at the top on the . If he doesn't want this old lady to come to this store I will oblige you. Hopefully he doesn't treat the older citizens like that all the time.

If you're going through the drive thru line, expect on a normal day to wait 30-45 min. I've been 3x now and has been the case each time.

I will never use this location or store again. (CVS, East cedar Street,Bristol TN) The manager was a complete j*** and very rude to me. I called the pharmacy, that location to make sure they would fill my prescription before I had it sent there. And as I went to the drive thru window to pick it up. The manager refused to fill my prescription because of where the prescription came from and his own person reasons as he stated. As he said he personnel has the right to refuse any medication prescription and he refused mine. He was very rude and talk down to me. He doesn't know me or had no right to treat me the way he did. I will NEVER buy another thing from that store EVER!!!

Went in to grab some hair products then remembered I had prescriptions there to pick up from several weeks ago. The pharmacist acknowledged me & said she would have them ready in 10 minutes. I appreciate the kind & swift service CVS!

I am really debating on switching pharmacies. Every time my family has a prescription called in there is a problem. They either get a name wrong, birthdate, or when I call to check when to pick it up the time is wrong. They are always so backed up due to lack of employees or poor staff that it takes way longer to get prescriptions. Also, they close early on Saturday which for people who work during the week is a huge inconvenience. The store is open, but not the pharmacy. That’s the whole reason I use to use CVS was to be able to get my prescriptions in a timely manner and seven days a week.

I used to love this store and would take my mother frequently, but had to stop going. Seems that CVS puts more value on 1 pharmacy employee than they do their loyal customers. THEY ALLOW him to double park his silver Porsche SUV and take 2 spaces in front of the store every time he works. I suppose they feel that it’s ok to place more value on his precious Porsche than my basic Camry. Although they will financially survive without me, I will be taking my mother across the Street to Walgreens. Complaints to corporate and within seem to land on deaf ears. I’ll not spend another penny in CVS on Valley Drive in Bristol, VA. Sad
