Bought a new bike for 50% off with a deal online, had it shipped to me home with free assembly. Called to arrange assembly, was told bring it in any time and they'd have it ready in 30 min. Took the bike a few days later, was told it would take at least 24 hours. Came back to next day to pick it up, they acted like they had no idea where it was. When I finally got home and was able to ride it, I had to redo the brakes and the gears. They had been but together completely wrong. Do NOT trust them with bike assembly! It was an overall horrid experience. Will not go back.

This is for the store at the Pinnacle in Bristol, TN. I'll start by saying Kylie went above and beyond to help us with our issue. She was wonderful. The other girls that were working that day were great also. My issue is with Zack, the manager (maybe shift manager?). He was not helpful with my issue and basically tried to push me out of the store. Kylie was working with customer service on her phone, and it was taking some time. He had the nerve to call her, we could hear what being said, and complain that I was holding up the line and seemed to be giving her a hard time for taking so long. This issue was the fault of the store and it wasn't handled very professionally by Zack. So much more complaints but want to end by thanking Kylie again for the time she put into helping me. You definitely should make manager one day with your great customer service skills.

Thank you Evan in shoes for being so helpful and knowledgeable! Got a perfect pair of brooks glycerin and love them.Also, thanks Dawn too in customer service cashier. I went up and she had a pair on with noticing. So friendly and nice. A1 customer service!

I went looking for a pair of swim shoes. I was extremely lucky. They literally had 1 pair which by chance was my size. Price was ok. I asked if there were more. Apparently they are a seasonal item. I swim at the YMCA Indoor pool all year. It seems that a store that big could have had more selection all year. They had a lot of swimsuits so why not swim shoes? They had a ridiculous amount of Crocs. Apparently fashion before form as fashionable stuff has a greater profit margin. The chashier, a redhead named Emily, was very friendly and efficient.

Took two of my young sons ln last night to find some basketball shoes. I was very impressed with how patient and understanding the shoe rep was. My boys tried on 5 pairs a piece before making a decision. Staff was very helpful and informative.

They are pricey. Out of stock at both locations for weeks now. Keep telling me ir will be on our next shipment in so I wait. Then when I go to check again they say the same thing.

Don't think I'll ever bother with this location again. No one seemed to know we even existed for nearly 15 minutes.Eventually an employee (after two others walked by, chit chatting, which isn't a problem but not attentive at all) did come over and ask if we needed help, and she wasn't very knowledgeable about our need (understandable), she called someone over and immediately was passive and just wanted us gone (so it seemed). There was a similar item the website said they had, and it could have been in the back, he said, but we couldn't get it assembled today.This was seemingly a manager, and the lack of professionalism was very poor. It was a Tuesday afternoon, it was slow, and the customer attentiveness couldn't even be had? Thanks for being true to your name on the building, I suppose.We left went to the Johnson City location and ended up getting a much better experience.

Cam D is a consummate professional. He was extremely kind, took time to understand my need, and then help me identify what they had that could help. He went above and beyond and that level of service always deserves to be recognized. This dude is going places, don’t be surprised if he’s running the store in the not too distant future, if that is what he desires. Good luck, my dude, and thank you for the age compliment. Made my day.
