friendly staff but place is always understocked. ALWAYS. And getting more expensive every day. Their services on cash to card deposits are always "not working ' and they sell you the cards!

So i go in to buy a cell phone. But nope. They have no key to access the cell phones they aadvertise. Its always something with this store. Llast time i was here they couldnt deposit my $ into the cash card they also sell.

The worst Dollar General ever it is a mess every time you go in there very Unorganized. Just went in there and the lady was so rude. If you don’t like your job get another one don’t take it out on customers. The older gentleman that works there very nice, but today this lady was beyond the rudest To the point that I put all my stuff back and I left.

Have my 5 yr old in the store asked both locations in Bristol if he could use the restroom, you know I was told no at both stores? Pretty sure there is a sign that says ask as associate for the key right next to the door

The store is clean and the staff are very polite and respectful and seem to do their job. But the stores could use more organization and bigger announcements for the stuff that ends up selling for a penny sometimes. Alot of lower class people shop here because that's the closest store around at times and because hoping to save them some money so knowing about the items that are on sell out pennies could help them and their families.

Beware of purchasing gift cards at this location. MLK blvd in Bristol, TN . I attempted to purchase a $25 gift card for Draft kings she scanned it and i paid. She then said it didnt go through must be an error with cards or her system, a paper printed and i didnt think anything of it and finished buying other items on a seperate transaction as the lady told me i couldnt purchase other items on the same ticket as gift card. The $25 came out of account (i later realized) went back to store and the lady said to come back next day in the morning that she couldnt do anything with gift cards because of scams? which i couldnt come back next day in morning. Due to my work schedule. Seems fishy and i wont be back to this location as how it looks is the worker kept rbe receipt and giftcard and told me it didnt go through. My bank gave the money back and let me dispute the charge

Not pleased with the interaction at all. The short woman with long blonde hair who was the only one at the register was unprofessional - Another associate walked in and said she would help get the line down and the woman at the register said, “I can get it down, just these last two customers were needy” - As I’m standing there at the checkout waiting to pay.Hire someone who is more sociable and someone actually willing to do their job they get PAID to do. People come here to buy things, that is the whole purpose of this store. And for the woman, maybe try working in a kitchen where you don’t have to interact with anyone, your lack of communication and demeanor suck.
