Absolutely the worst. Will not deliver packages to the house. Toss them in the weeds by the street. Mailbox is about 200 feet from the house and not visible from the house. Not the first time this has happened but I will not buy anything that will be delivered by FedEx.

FedEx is absolutely incompetent and if I could give them a 0, I would!!! They deliver our packages to the wrong location every other time. The other time they leave it beside road for someone to steal. We’ve done lost package because of them. If I could get my packages delivered another way, I would never use FedEx!!!

My order was not delivered. They said incorrect address. The address is correct!

Absolutely horrible dealing with them. They called me last Thursday when they delivered my package to the wrong address (mind you this is my dogs medicine ) it’s now Wednesday the following week and ITS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. They said it’d be here the next day. I’m absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication. If you call the number they have listed the person you talk to isn’t on site and won’t give you a direct number. So, I’ll be driving 1.5 hours away today to try and find my baby’s medicine. GET IT TOGETHER FED EX!!

I really believe that FedEx is the worst way to receive packages! My package would stay at 1 place for 3 or 4 days and it stopped at 6 different places! Why FedEx Why!!

Was supposed to get an important package delivered today said out for delivery between 11am-1pm it is now 7:00pm and nothing. Avoid using FEDEX at all costs!

ordered a part they shipped it through fedex was supposed to be delivered today and the driver claims to have left it at my front door. My front door id blocked off and we searched everywhere and there is no fedex box anywhere. No fedex truck ever pulled into my driveway today we were home the whole day NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH A FEDEX DELIVERY LIES AND FRAUD NOW MY ITEM IS MISSING and the drama continues "FedEx: We were unable to complete the delivery because the address on this shipment is incorrect or incomplete." Now it appears they are going to hold or restrict my address from ever receiving packages ever again all because I complained about a driver playing games with my deliveries. The address on the package was correct they are just unwilling to deliver to me again out of spite
