Great rapport and knowledge. They addressed what was critical and I asked them look my truck over, I knew things needed, not what though. I was to be gone a few days. Their insights caught some other needed maintence, like drive train and lights. I got those needed things done too.

They are friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was worked in for an emergency and quickly taken care of. My problem was covered under warranty. They provide most excellent customer service.

Came in after my tire blew on the I-81, and they quickly helped me out! They put 2 new tires on in about an hour, and we were on our way!!

6 months later, I took my 2004 Honda Pilot in for a four wheel alignment. The guys there always take good care of me. They take extra time to review the parts they replaced or tell me about the other items that I need to change out. They’re very knowledgeable and nice! Thank you

Firestone does all the service work on my vehicles and has always done a great job. They align the front ends on my classic cars as well, I’ve bought several sets of tires there through the years and have never had a single problem. They always get me in and out quickly at a competitive price. All the guys there are top notch I recommend them to everyone.

Everyone was so helpful and the repairs were done swiftly and cost efficient. I trust the folks at Firestone. We had our serpentine belt changed along with a manifold gasket replaced.
