Rented a unit from them for years. My belongings are gotten wet multiple times as the roof leaked. I had to take wood in and make palettes to keep things off the floor. My biggest issue is with them knowing that I was moving out, however, deciding to throw away some of my possessions 4 days before the end of the month. I called and asked about them, they said that they would look and get back to me but never contacted me again. Use Universal Storage, it costs very little more and is far superior.

Nice security and very clean and tidy. This is where I will store my gold from now on. Ps I came here with my dad when I was little to get R/C car parts and I loved it.

We called to reserve a unit and was assured that they would have an opening by the end of the week. We trusted what the woman said, so we waited instead of looking for an alternative. The day before we needed to move in, we checked back and she told us they had nothing available. Now we are in a difficult position of trying to find a unit in one day. You said that people were moving out and had me convinced that it was safe to wait. If you already had a waiting list ahead of me you should have said so.
