Extremely good product. I have installed H&S locks on my and my neighbors homes. Years later they still work great. I recently had a question for customer service. Their response was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. I will buy H&S products again

I wouldn't even give a star if I didn't have to. I ordered some things on line. When it arrived it had came from H&S supply. It was the wrong size. So I called H&S to see about getting an exchange or refund. The guy I spoke with was extremely rude and had a smart mouth. I wouldn't recommend any one going here for parts . Go somewhere they're not smart... 's.
