I was in the store yesterday and bought several doors for my home. Jacob, I didn't catch his last name, was very helpful and made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Great customer service!

Placed an order for pickup that said it would be ready within 2 hours. Showed up after 2 hours and it still wasn’t ready. Stood and waited for it for over 30 minutes to pick it up.

Purchased some WYZE cameras and WYZE Solar panels via curbside pick up at the Bristol Va location. The solar panels had to be shipped, once I got home with the cameras, the box and been opened, taken out of packaging and scotch taped. It was obvious the product had been returned. No where on the site did it say I was purchasing an “open box.” When calling the store and speaking with Manager Karen, she was rude and said I could return it. No discount or anything offered for my time. The total was $242. After my experience with Karen, I checked Best Buy and the same exact products shipped to my home in 2 days is $161. I will be returning the cameras to Home Depot and purchasing from Best Buy. I would encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Karen is a TRUE KAREN!

The worse service I ever seen in Home Depot is at this location in the Appliances department. Staff is rude and unprofessional, they promise, they lie and not deliver purchased appliances.
Don't buy any appliances here.

Ordered from the Home Depot 20 minutes from my house. On delivery day at 9:30 am their text said Oder is on its way ! Be there between 10:00 an 12:00. At 11:45 received text saying on its way ! Be there between 12:00 an 2:00. At 2:15 received text, yes you guessed it , on its way ! Between 3:00 an 5:00. Called the store all they could say was on its way, smh rediculous. Texted the message a was told the truck went to Lansing,NC ! An 1hour an 35 mins. away. They jerked me around all day long ! I will never deal with Home Depot agian ! It’s crazy to have a customer 20 mins away waiting on an order all day. An it doesn’t take 6 hrs to do what they did in the first place. Go to Lowe’s don’t shop here !

On Sunday afternoon June 9, entered store to pickup item. I had to look through several isles and as I did...let me tell you what I observed. Groups of 2 or 3 employees in NUMEROUS locations in the store were chit chatting, laughing and shooting the breeze. Not one employee asked if they could help me find something. There were other customers that appeared to be searching as I was and no one was assisting them either. When I finally found the item, there was only SELF CHECKOUTS. Other customers did not want to do self checkout, so I left my desired item there and left so that I would not have been tied up for an extended period of time with no one to check out customers. All the while, numerous other employees were socializing throughout the store. As an RN, I would NEVER tell a patient that this is self service health care and hand them a vial of medication with a syringe. I don't work for Home Depot, so I'm not going to save them money for the upper management's big bonuses!!!! Won't EVER go there again!!!! Stores are closing self checkouts throughout the country as they are not well received ANYWHERE!!! Also, if I had lumber or other large items on those flatbed carts; I would still be required to do self checkout??? UNACCEPTABLE treatment of customers. Plus, I pay with cash and self checkouts can't handle that. Won't be back......Update; read a review on another site from a Home Depot employee. They read reviews and the complaints are funny and entertaining to them. I REALLY DON'T WANT TO SHOP AT A PLACE LIKE THAT!!!

Today I stopped by Home Depot to look at some plants and potting soil. I noticed a very large amount of potting soils on the far end of the parking lot in front of the store I asked if it was discounted because it all appeared to be busted open .the young lady called and asked the garden associate to come out and speak with me,they refused to come out and speak with me and the young lady asked for me if they were going to discount it be aise it was opened. When she got off the phone the young lady was so rude to me , saying it's already discounted he wasn't coming out to talk with me. I don't know what I said to tick them off but they just lost a customer who has been with them for many years. What is getting into these people. Good luck

My husband went in to Home Depot early this morning (4/20/24) to buy the mulch on sale, and came home raving about how great the customer service was there. He worked with Kathy in customer service who was extremely knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. My husband asked me to write this because it is rare that we get people that helpful. Thank you Home Depot for still hiring kind skilled professionals like Kathy.
