Customer service is useless. They NOW require you to prepay for items that should be on the shelf. Then there was 3 customers service people who could not apply military discount. Service and reliability have gone down hill.

i dont recomend buying a refrigerator from home depot on lee hwy. bristol, va. we went to buy one today and was told they dont have them in stock. they only have displays and you have to order...we went to lowes ..

We ordered floors the 13th. They were here last week and they didn’t call us. Now it’s going to be April 15th before we can even get them installed. Getting someone on the phone is hard, I have been hung up on. I get transferred over and over until I finally get to talk to someone. We got a door ordered and installed from Lowe’s in the time it has taken Home Depot to even get our floors ordered. We were told at the time of us buying the floor it was all in stock. Then after we paid for it they said it wasn’t and they had to order it. This is our first and last experience with them. Don’t waste your money.

We have always been Lowe’s customers but yesterday, we decided to try Home Depot in Bristol, Va. What an awesome customer service experience. As soon as we walked through the door, a representative offered his help and assisted us with finding several products. While he was helping someone else, a cashier left her station to help us in a department she was unfamiliar with until someone else was able to help. When we checked out, two employees helped load our vehicle and another was waiting to take my shopping cart back in the store. We will definitely make Home Depot our first choice in the future. Thank you very much.

We came into the Home Depot in Bristol Virginia this morning and had a large purchase for a flip home and upon checking out we were told that you could not honor/match a competitors coupon without it being printed. We had a 10% off coupon for Lowe’s on our smart phone which we have used similar coupons in the past on multiple occasions but still we were told NO! After the associate argued with us on this, we then left and went to Lowe’s for our purchase less than 2 miles down the road for the exact same thing. Some of your staff needs to be educated on the procedure in place for honoring competitor coupons. If this is not the case, then all staff needs to be on the same page.

Week number 3 waiting to get work done on my fridge- fridge and warranty bought at Home Depot� the people they contract to set up warranty coverage don’t communicate with the service providers. They give me an appointment time and then no one from the service provider shows up.....horribly frustrating

Very disappointed in Home Depot. Twice I have scheduled a window consultation and twice they did not bother to show or to call to say they would not be there. Called manager and he assured me he would find out reason and call me back. No call back. Went up to the store and talked to Kevin. Very nice. Said lack of communication between call center and installer. Installer supposed to call today. It's 4:54pm... and nothing. This is the third time home depot! :( I feel very unappreciated and unwanted as a customer.
