System did not pick up on my occupational status and would have charged me $2650.00 more had I not caught it. Representative was pleasant and professional. But system error was a shock. Thankfully it was corrected.

I have been going to the Bristol,VA location for the past few years and this year's experience was the best so far.Zana was very professional and personable.He made filing my taxes a much less stressful experience than in the past.
