I stopped by there and they don't do walk-ins so I gave them my information to call me to make an appointment because that's what the person there said I needed to do and no one ever called me for an appointment. Disappointing.

I am extremely picky! And EXTREMLY happy with the haircut Megan gave me. She spent time talking about with me about my hair type, whether my expectations were realistic, and helped me make a plan to achieve my desired goal. She was meticulous in the final product as well, making sure that it was what I wanted and correcting others mistakes. I was taking off over half my length and had a very set idea of what I wanted. Not only did I end up with the cut I wanted, but a much better understanding of what type of hair I have and what types of products I need to be purchasing to care for it. If you are looking for quality care this salon is for you! Ask for Megan!

I’ve been coming to see Megan for quite some time now. She never ever misses on getting exactly what I want. I live in a big city 3 hours away and have yet to find anyone who compares so I drive to her. She’s amazing!

Was really excited to get my daughters hair cut here for the first time. She was getting about 8 inches cut off and I know this salon does great work so we waited 2 weeks for an appointment.
When we show up we are told that the stylist isn't there because of an emergency. A phone call or text would have been nice since we are driving 1 hour each way, but I get it... emergencies happen. We reschedule.
We reschedule for 3 days later and I called a few hours before the appointment to make sure she's there. We didnt get an answer but I left a voicemail. I didnt get a call back, but we left again hoping she would be there....Again she's not there. No call, no text to let us know.
So now I've driven 4 hours just to get no showed twice. I understand that emergencies happen, but be a little professional and let your customers that have scheduled appointments know instead of wasting our time.

I booked an appointment online for cut and reverse balayage. Alyssa was the stylist with availability. She texted to confirm the appointment, asked for inspiration pics and pics of what my hair looked like now. She absolutely killed it! I decided I would go for a long pixie cut. She delivered. I love it! Thanks alyssa!
