I used to love Krogers pharmacy and previously have had no issues. However, every single time I have went in the past year to pick up my medication, something has went wrong, either they don’t have it, it’s at another location, or it’s not ready even if I called in advance. But the biggest thing was when the Kroger in Abingdon closed and instead of transferring my medicine to the Bristol pharmacy, they completely switched my pharmacy to Walgreens without asking or even telling me it happened. This isn’t just some ibuprofen, this is a life altering medicine that I need to live. Thank god I asked to at least have some until they figure this mess out. I am absolutely baffled at the complete lack of communication. Hearing the phrase from the pharmacist “I don’t know what to tell you” is both unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I plan on taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible.

Absolutely do not waste your time going here. The pharmacists have no idea what's going on, the customer service is non existent, and they continuously fail to get anything right. Medication that people need to survive is sent to other locations without informing the patient of the transfer, so this trash location is both wasting my time and money. Stay away.

The pharmacist, Kayla was rude to my husband today and told him to transfer his prescriptions somewhere else. I spend way too much money there for my disabled husband to be treated like this and this wasn’t the first time.

The staff was rude, even the Pharmacist I spoke to about the issue with was unsympathetic and defensive about my customer care issue. The prescription I needed To have filled was not filled according To the promised time. When I mentioned that, they said the online system was not accurate. Due to their inaccuracies, I was not able to have my last dose of medication that evening and the next day until the prescription could be picked up. Very unsatisfactory! Even after appealing to their greater sensibilities, it all fell on seemingly uncaring ears. Very Customer “Uncare”, if you ask me.

Absolute trash. I moved from Colorado a year ago and I luckily landed at the Kroger pharmacy state of Franklin and I highly recommend switching there if you can I know it’s inconvenient but their kindness and efficiency is worth it. I moved to Bristol 2 months ago to be closer to my husbands job I still travel to Jc for work but I work 12 hours a day and sometimes don’t get to make it. Since I needed a very simple refill I figured I would have the Bristol location fill it once on my day off so I didn’t have to travel. Not only do they act like I stressed them out so hard asking for simple antibiotic 5 count medicine to be transferred (which it you have been with Kroger a while you know it means downloading a profile) but they were so rude to me. They also make me uncomfortable and they are disrespectful not to mention this is the first Kroger pharmacy i have ever gone too that doesn’t carry half my prescriptions which millions of people in the country take. But you know what that doesn’t bother me as much as how rude they are. If you hate your job quit! Don’t take it out on us! Also this Kroger in general is trash it’s hard to find anything and when you ask for help even they are rude!! Never coming back to this store. Ever and I am going to post a picture NO one was there except me and I was ignored for five minutes while they stood and talked. GO TO JOHNSON CITY STATE OF FRANKLIN!!!

I stopped here because I am on vacation and forgot my insulin at home. Wendy and her coworker got me my insulin and took very good care of me at a vacation price that I knew nothing about. They are the best!
