I had to have some lab work done today. This LabCorp was extremely fast and professional. I highly recommend ! Make your appointment online first using their website and then your appointment will be super smooth! Great people !

I went to the wrong location thanks to google maps, but ended up there eventually. It’s a little confusing if you have never been to the building before since there isn’t much exterior signage. Labcorp is on the left-hand side entrance. The tech was nice and helpful and was excellent at drawing blood. I barely felt anything. They got me right in even though I was 15 minutes late.

Terrible customer service. I been going there for several years for my routine bloodwork and All of a sudden they can’t find me in the system, they trying to charge me for the bloodwork.which I have never paid with my insurance. I called my insurance company and as I already knew nothing changed it was suppose to be 100% covered like always.

Had and appoint. Told the woman that it’s a reoccurring order and that they TOOK the order the last time I was here. I Waited 30 minutes before she called me up to the window and asked for the order. I said AGAIN they had the order. She said ok and she shut the window. She called me back up and asked for it AGAIN. I told her AGAIN they took it the last time I was here. I’m still waiting. 45 minutes. The customer service here is a travesty. The woman at the window is incredibly rude. It seems that there is no training for these workers. She calls out in the room people’s names and then “is the order from Dr. Name” is that not person information???? She has done it for every person in here. This is horrible.

This is the third time that I've brought in paperwork from a physician and gotten lab work done on one of my minor children and the lab work is never sent to the physicians office (different physicians too so I don't think it's on their end). When you ask them at the time of service, they say they'll send it. Their phone message also they send it and says to contact your physician for the lab results.... but the dr's don't seem to be getting them. Where's my kids test results???????

The lady that took my blood was awesome!!! I'm very hard to draw blood from and hate the thought of giving blood,. She has Definitely changed my outlook on the process ?

The nurses during the day are professional and kind. I have to go often and I never experienced any anxiety from my draw or the office environment. I do appreciate everyone of them.

I have no idea what this place is, what they do, but they sound pretty bad! The reason I'm making a comment today is to talk about one of their drivers. Today is Sunday, May 1st, 2022. About 4:45 pm today on Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol TN. I was going toward Bluff City when stopped by the traffic light at Walmart. Stopped at the traffic light going into Bristol was a Labcorp car. A truck pulled out of the church area there. Immediately your driver, still stopped at the red light, laid on his horn, stomped the gas the moment the light changed and ran up on the truck blasting his horn. I had to go since the light changed but I'm hoping the truck let the guy rear end him! Stupid and just unnecessary

The absolute worst place esp in the tri cities to go. And I am specifically talking about the Bristol office. The lady with the long gray hair is the rudest and most disrespectful woman on the face of the earth. Please for the love of god give your employees some TRAINING!!! And also give them some classes on patient etiquette and customer service. I would never ever send anyone here. Never never never. This woman truly needs to find a new job. Maybe if you trained her she would know how to take 5 second and do her job correctly instead of being so sorry and angry at the world. Oh and manners go a long way also.
