As my party of 10 is sitting here waiting for our meal the service has been less than impressive on this non busy Friday night. We have been here over an hr and just now received rolls and 3 salads. And most are sitting at the table with an empty glass. The waitress is nice but has zero help with 2 large tables, one of 1p and 1 of 15!

I grew up in the area, but live in Pennsylvania now. I took my husband to Logan's for the first time two years ago and he fell in love with it. We always make a Logan's dinner date when we're in town - sometimes, we go more than once.We took my parents with us this past weekend. The first red flag came as the host was seating us. I had my three-month-old in her car seat. He asked if we needed a booster seat. Umm, clearly not. I said no, but I'll take a car seat sling please. He asked what that was. I was a little flabbergasted but explained anyway. He came back 5 minutes later with a sling. He said, "I've never even seen one of these before."We were seated and ordered drinks. My husband asked the waitress what seasonal beer was on tap. She replied, "I don't know - it's my second day." Didn't offer to check until I asked if she could. She came back a few minutes later and told him what was on tap. He ordered and waited. And waited. And waited. 15 minutes later, she came back and said she misunderstood what the bartender said and they actually didn't have what he ordered. He ordered something else - no biggie.Thirty minutes later, he still had no beer. She finally came back to the table and I asked. She just turned around and walked off - didn't say anything. Extremely unprofessional. 10 minutes later, she brought him a warm, flat beer that had clearly been sitting on the bar the entire time.I ordered a salad as a side. She brought it out and slammed it down on the table and said, "we're out of croutons," and walked off again. I got a salad that was brown lettuce and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. At least the dressing was good. After I picked out the slimy and brown bits of lettuce, I was left with about two bites of edible salad.Then, our order came out. This is the point where we should have just left. I ordered a steak and baked potato - steak cooked medium - with a garlic butter topping. The steak was gray. It was so cold, the garlic butter had solidified in top. My husband also ordered a steak and green beans - steak cooked medium. It was also gray and cold, and completely full of fat. My mom ordered pulled pork sliders. Surprise - also ice cold. They were so dry and completely rock hard. My dad ordered the grilled meatloaf. He actually BENT THE FORK trying to cut a bite off. I was absolutely livid. When the server came back, she asked if everything was okay. I said no, and briefly described the issue. She rolled her eyes and said, "I don't know what you expect me to do - it's my second day." I lost my temper a little bit and said, "I don't care if it's your 800th day - get me your manager."The "manager" walks over to a neighboring table and they sent him away because they didn't ask for him. It's concerning that a manager doesn't know the table layout. Anyway, I digress. This manager walks up to our table and just stands there staring at me. I said, "are you the manager?" He said "I'm a manager." He looked like a dishwasher at best - honestly. I explained the issues and showed him the food. He offered to remake it, which I declined, because we had already been waiting two hours at this point. He said, "well, how about .. um .. best I can do is half off." I lost my temper again. I said, "you want me to pay HALF for food that is WHOLLY inedible?" He then asked if we would come back and "give them another shot." I asked him if HE would come back and give them another shot after the experience we just had? He got upset and started yelling not worry about it - he'd take care of it - and threw his hands up and walked off. He was standing by the register, congregating with some servers, pointing at our table and talking about us.I can say - I've never left a restaurant hungry before. I went back to my parents and had a ham sandwich. Not only was the food horrible, the service was abhorrent. I have never been tre

Rolls were not done. Seeet burnt tomatoes on salad was green. Was overcharge on on meal. Food used to be good and great service. Will not eat there again.

Great place! Logan's back to being Logan's of the distant past! Food is very good and the staff is as well! We very much recommend Logan's (Bristol, VA)

After visiting this location several times over the years, the food and service has been consistent. Good food and a decent wait staff; nothing stands out to earn the 5th Star.

Terrible! The service was horrible. My son and daughter had Mac n cheese with their meal and it was way too salty. The ribs tasted weird. This place has gone downhill from the last time I went there.

Damn I need to find a new place to take my wife on date night. This used to be a good place to go. But something has happen since the last time we where here. Table rocked back and forth, went through 3 chairs to find one that wouldn't put me in the floor. Server took forever, then didn't bring me my drink. Forgot to bring me my salad. Paying when your finished is so confusing. If server takes forever you can't pay at the register. I don't know if they have a new manager or what's wrong. Servers seemed lost. I guess it's time to find another place to eat.
