David has taken great care of us. We had a house fire and he took extra care in assisting us to get new furniture at great rates. There were some issues from the distribution to them it he made to get it rectified and kept us in the loop. We will definitely be coming back to get more.

Update: I didn’t demand the furniture be deliver I asked due to our bed was broke. Plus it had been 4 weeks since we had ordered it. You did yell! You were very rude and I wasn’t being hateful I was removing myself from the situation so I didn’t get upset. Our stuff has finally been delivered it’s all over now!I recently purchased 2 sectionals and a bed from Midway. I was lacking a lounger so due to the need for a new bed I asked if they could deliver it early. They did but they left out an ottoman, once they found it I had to go pick it up or attempt to. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager I was telling him how unhappy I was that the ottoman had been left out and I had to go pick it up. Well , he basically told me I was wrong in my feelings. I told him he was being rude and I needed to leave before I got really mad I also proceeded to tell him to never say a customer was wrong again . That customers are always right . I turned to walk out of the store the manager screamed” well maybe 30 years ago at Burger King” is it normal for a manager to scream at a customer??!!is this the customer service that we are now becoming accustomed to. We have bought our furniture there since 1995. That is our go to place anytime we needed something. After this is over ,I am not sure if I will buy from them or not. As long as that manager is there I doubt it!I would like to say our sales man Drew has gone above and beyond to make everything right. After this on Saturday I noticed a cut on my new couch but they ordered us a new one.My bed was broke is the reason we asked for the furniture to be delivered ahead of time . Had nothing to do with the sectional , you guys lost the ottoman and couldn’t find it when you delivered my furniture . I wasn’t happy that I had to go pick it up. So, before you respond get your facts right!

This furniture store has the best most kind people! Very professional and knowledgeable and always willing to help in anyway! Also has the best prices around! the delivery guys also get a 5 star they were so nice and make sure everything is perfect… I WILL be doing my Business there from now on

I have bought several pieces of furniture from midway is the last couple of weeks . They have been great with helping me find what I want and giving me a exceptional price at the same time.they make you feel at home while you are going through the process of finding what u want . I would highly recommend working with them you won't regret it

UPDATE! Just spoke with Midway furniture again and not just the broken recliner is being replaced, the entire couch is being replaced. New management is awesome, super friendly, easy to work with.Purchased a couch about a year ago, one of the end recliners needed to be replaced and Midway had someone come inspect the recliner within 2 days and immediately I was informed it would be replaced. Awesome customer service.

RED FLAG EXPERIENCE & NON RESPONSIVE OWNER/MANAGEMENTI have personally shopped at Midway Furniture for 30 years. I was always pleased with their furniture and sales staff until the experience endured over the last two months. My husband and I have spent over $9,300 in the past year. Unfortunately, Midway will no longer be the “go to” store for our furniture needs. We ordered two sofas in May and received them in June. We knew right away they did not sit the same as we had tried in an Ashley store. Reviews online reflected there was now a change and a problem. We were “granted” an exchange for two different sofas. Within about three days, we were having multiple quality issues and defects with both reclining sofas. (Ashley Furniture requires that warranty claims be made through the seller-Midway Furniture). Inferior workmanship, lack of quality and defective mechanisms is evident. After a visual inspection by a staff member and submitting photos, it was determined that both sofas are indeed defective. Only recourse from from the manager that has repeatedly talk to me in a degrading tone and condescending manner (which has deeply offended me) is to receive two more of the same inferior, problem ridden sofas. They will not be used in our home, as this will continue to be an ongoing problem that has already caused us so much anguish.*UPDATE-As of 8/22/23, this has to be the worst experience dealing a retail store ever.. Communication is greatly lacking and atrocious. A true poor excuse for a business in every way.It was communicated to me by the Ashley Furniture Customer Service that the owner has the capability of satisfying the customer.NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO SATISFY US AS CUSTOMERS!!“BUYERS BEWARE!” The price charged in the store can be substantially higher than posted on their website. I failed to notice this until after the transaction.. the price charged for each sofa was $440 more than their posted website price. With tax, this was a $926 overcharge.The one positive aspect with this entire fiasco.. has been the delivery drivers. **Shoutout to Bryan he us top notch in every way.The former manager Aaron was always very congenial and easy to work with when making purchases. Completely satisfied! He was a true asset. That is no longer the case!I will no longer recommend this store to “ANYONE”!

I have been going to midway furniture for years never had any problems alway friendly and helpful I had a chair that mess up I went to midway today in Bristol va. Mr. Aaron Rollin was alsome he agreed with me and replaced my chair with no problem I would send anyone there thank you midway furniture for everything you do.

We bought our current mattress from here and have been waiting to do a review so we could give the mattress a review. In all our transaction with Aaron and his team was great! They answered our questions and did great pricing for the mattress and delivery. I was able to call the store and pay for the mattress over the phone and it was delivered within 2 hours.The mattress we bought is great, still getting it broke in, but in all it is comfortable. I think the name of ours was the roseway quilted top. Sturdy and firm but with enough softness to be soft, but supportive. Great place to check out mattress.
