I was looking for an item and they came up to me and asked if they could help without any prompting. Please find a grocery store in a metro major area thatb has the same wonderful customer service as food city as Bristol!”

“I was at the Euclid Ave. store about 430 Sunday. i want to compliment you on how great the store looked . The meat dept. was in great shape. Produce was wonderful. I went in for couple items and came out with over 100 dollars worth. would especially like to give the young gentleman on register 3 a 5+ rating friendly and smiling Ask all the right questions and had a nice sendoff. will be back to that store again, even if I do live in Kingsport area. It says Takota on my receipt. Thank you”
