First workout in this town.
Compared to other Planet Fitness's this one is on the upper scale. Clean and organized equipment, staff is nice, everything is spaced out nicely. My wife and i travel the country for work and have a planet fitness membership because they're everywhere.

Anyone desiring to exercise or get in shape will enjoy Planet Fitness! I've visited facilities in Tennessee and Oklahoma. They are 5-star. You never have to worry about getting your money's worth!

Super clean , equipment looked brand new , friendly front desk , and clean bathrooms/ shower , easily one of the most impressive planet fitness gyms I’ve ever been to, keep up the excellent work!

I’m not one to complain, but I’m tired of this. Planet fitness you guys gotta do better then this. Few days ago I was working out at a bench station, this cleaning lady came up started to clean my area while I’m benching. No regard of personal space. Im not Complaining how she clean but she have to give people space while they’re working out. Go clean somewhere else until I’m done. Today October 10 in the “Men Locket Room” there were a few guys in there, taking a shower changing and doing their personal business. I was taking a shower getting ready for work. And when I step out of the shower there she is again in the Men locker room. This can not happen again. Planet fitness trained your staff better. Bristol Virginia Lee Highway location. I want to

Their membership contracts are predatory.
No wonder they can sponsor the New Years Eve bash in NYC every year. It's from all the money they swindle out of their members.
Please choose any other gym but this one.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now and the new assistant manager has been nice along with the new hires I’ve met. However, they appear to have staffing issues because I have met multiple different managers in just this past year and they have mostly all left. This issue has made my gym experience not the best because there is so much change and I can clearly see the staff isn’t happy.

I really like this gym. It is very large, so when the parking lot looks full it is never crowded inside. They have all kinds of machines to workout on; cardio, weights, and stretching. There is an area for a 30 min full body workout as well. There are free lockers without locks, but no one has ever taken my stuff. There are showers available to use as well. If you are a black card member (I am not) you can tan, use the massage table and bring a friend.

I am shocked that this planet fitness doubles as a homeless support rest stop. The staff are not empowered or unconcerned to keep the black card lounge “exclusive” and vagrant free.
