A man came out to pitch us on getting this service they said technician will be out on the 6th well the 10th we got a message saying he will arrive between 2 and 3...he never came and would not return our 6 phone calls to him..3 days later the cable installers came out and said oh it may take a week at the most lol a month later and nothing..I don't want the free month but please come get the equipment u installed because if it starts this bad before service is cut on what's it going to be like dealing with these people

Third day with no internet and haven’t heard a peep back from them. The service is fast when it’s online and working but there are too many outages that take far too long to repair. This happens a few times a year. When you’re paying $130+ per month you expect better service. This is ridiculous!

I originally called becaise i was only getti g 50mb out ofthe 1g I have been paying for. I have had nothing but issues this month. I have had a tech out here amd he said he went to the box and messed with the splitters and since every few days there has been an outage. I work from home and this isnt ok. Everytime I call into customer service she wants to make sure its not my router. I tell her its not my router everytime and we go into this conversation for 20 minutes on how its not the issue because I just had a tech out that checked it. Not only that but they are also charging me 139.00 a month seeing they are letting new customers have 1gig for 50 I will be looking for a new service soon after being with them for 3 years.

The technician that installed my point broadband was Tim Kirk. He was very professional and nice. Plus it didn't take as long as I was expecting. Excellent job!!!!!
