I had a good experience with Tina and Bolt storage. The experience was different because this was the first time I've done this with no human interaction. The grounds were clean and my storage unit was clean. I later called Bolt Storage at departure and I had the pleasure to speak with Maria. She answered all my questions and directed me through the process of check out. Thanks Bolt Storage.

Great price/size options, well maintained and convenient location. Locks included in price, and we were grateful to see staff on sight when first came down on a Sunday. 10/10 would use again!

They doubled my rent in less then 6 months. The old owners used to be on site daily, now they only have a care taker that comes once in awile. There are more cameras, but they may or may not work. The old owners took great pride is rescuing old signs, and pieces of local history, the new ones don't seem to care about much, let alone keeping a safe place to store your stuff.

We been in that particular storage area for a long time when it was RC and now Bolt. It's secured an have access to it 24 hrs.

No lock provided, unit was a mess upon arrival, evidence of mice everywhere. We tried to get our money back and they wouldn’t refund any of it. We will never rent here again. Just an honest review.
