Absolute worst cell company I've ever come across. My service drops out quite often. Internet access is pitiful. Customer support is nothing but liars. And the truly sad part is, T MobileSprint is the only cell provider where I live they have me (and the other ppl in my area) have no other options. T Mobile ate a Class Action Lawsuit several yrs ago. Perhaps another one is warranted. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Jackson at the T Mobile on Pinnacle in Bristol TN was the best. Another T Mobile told me my phone couldn't be fixed and suggested going to Best Buy I was going there, dreading how much it would cost then saw the T Mobile on Pinnacle. What did I have to lose. But Jackson was great! Took the time to figure it out and got all my contacts and photos back. I so appreciated his help. This Grandma couldn't have been treated better ?

Went in to check on replacing a sim card. The store was somewhat busy, but the cashier helped us as soon as he was available.

Very polite but everything that's "free" has an enormous down payment. Are we buying cars? Place is neat and clean but people look like they can't wait to leave so except the manager employees look miserable

Was told on the phone to bring my phone to a TMobile store. So I Was there to ask their tech team about why my phone was doing wat it was doing. They have no tech team they were no help.

I switched to T-Mobile because Metro T-Mobile closed all their stores in the Bristol area. It was a very time consuming change, but I gained the added benefit of international calling, free Netflix, and full in-flight wi-fi.

Despite some issues with my account, which was out of their control, I’ve had nothing but a great experience at this store. Jacob has been tirelessly taking care of any problems I’ve had. This store has friendly staff and customer service. Thanks, Jacob!
