Great experience both times i’ve visited. Alexis worked with me the two times I’ve been in and she is wonderful. She is great at communicating with you and making sure you get the exact cut you want and one that fits your hair type well. She also does a great brow wax. Definitely recommend & will be back!

I got an appointment quickly. My hairstylist was friendly. She took the time to find out what I wanted and cut it correctly. I left with what I wanted and was happy with the service I received.

Team Shear Obsession truly exceeded my expectations! I have super fine and thin hair, and finding a salon that understands my needs has always been a challenge. After years of disappointment, I decided it was time to incorporate some "helper hair" into my natural hair to get a fuller look. From the moment I called, Austin showed genuine empathy and understanding of my concerns. She listened attentively, reassured me that they could help, and worked me in very quickly!
When I arrived for my appointment, Alexis worked absolute magic on my natural hair and my hair topper. She not only trimmed my hair and topper to blend in seamlessly, but styled my hair and my helper hair in a way that I never thought possible for my hair type. She made me feel super comfortable and valued as a new client. When I left the salon, my hair looked the best it has ever looked!
I am beyond thrilled with the results and can confidently say that I've found my go-to salon for all my hair needs. Thank you, Team Shear Obsession, for your exceptional service and for making me feel beautiful for the first time in a very long time. 10 stars out of 5, to be honest. Highly recommend!

The team at Team Shear Obsession did a great job styling my hair for my wedding! Alexis did mine and my daughter’s hair and she looked beautiful. My make up artist had to cancel last minute due to illness, and the make up artist at Team Shear Obsession stepped in last minute and did an excellent job. It was fun to be in their salon and I was very happy with the outcome! Highly recommend for weddings or other events!

The customer is ALWAYS first! I have been a client of Lora and Kristen since they opened in Bristol. They are fabulous! For a routine trim, color or special occasion I highly recommend TSO.

Never dissatisfied!! They use very good products and ask if there is anything they can help u with any products before checkout that helps ur hair get in fabulous condition!! Also the junior hair stylists are awesome!!! You will leave feeling beautiful as you should!!

After having a couple terrible experiences at a different salon I read some reviews on FB about Team Shear Obsession and called. They fit me right in, listened to me and looked at photos i had of the hair I wanted. Holly went to work and she literally transformed my hair! I have definitely found my happy place!! Well the girl who did my hair ( Marissa who was great) left and they let some guy do my hair, I’m upset because they watched him mess it up and wouldn’t even act as if they knew. Then after I told them it was awful they put a few highlights in to “fix” it, and then told me I had to pay! It was around $140 after apologizing and admitting he messed it up. I was crying when left, I thought long and hard about posting this and I thought it was best to go ahead. I just think it’s awful to have someone cut and “color” (and I use the term color loosely) so terribly and then the owner still want you to pay!! And the fact they make you pay a deposit every time, I guess I know why now. I do hate to say bad things about people, but this is 100% what happened. I was heartbroken and I have to wait for my hair to grow back out. I had to go have the cut fixed and the color redone because after that I won’t ever go back there! Don’t let someone loose in a salon with little to no education and not care what they do to a client and then say sorry your hair was ruined but you still have to pay!! I only hope you won’t allow anyone go thru this again.

Not good. My hair looked the same as when I came into the salon. Was left in shampoo sink 30 minutes. I'm 66 years old and had a stiff neck the next day. Horrible experience. $135 for crappy color, no cut, no style, would not step foot in this salon again. Blow out worst ever. Offered me to come back but why? Why would I come back after such bad experience. I'll do box color before paying this price for nothing. So bad.
