One week ago my car was scratched in two places at this car wash. I spoke to the guys there who agreed that it looked obvious that it was from there. I filled a claim. After two discussions with management I was told that “Tidal wave does not pay for customer damage “. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH

Got the car half clean.
The guys at the start did a half ass job.
The vacuum area was dirty . There was candy and chewing tobacco spit out everywhere on the ground.
It’s also way overpriced.

I was charged 2 times because an employee put the member sticker in my side view mirror then when i went back I was told I had to buy a new membership which I did even though I already had one for the month. I then went back 5 days later for a car wash and again was told they had no record of my membership and that I would habe to talk to management over a car wash after I had already paid for 2 memberships that are no worthless to me. This place needs to have more organization and not lose members data everytime they come through. I will never use this place again nor will I ever recommend it.

This car wash is terrible. It is very overpriced and didn’t even get the dust off my car. I have brush marks all down the car where it just wiped the dirt but didn’t rinse it off. Worst drive through car wash I’ve ever been to.

paid $12 for a basic wash and my car was covered in black hazy stuff when i came out ... Do not recommend

My truck didn’t come clean 1st drive through and John come over and looked at truck and sent me back through. His Customer Service was excellent. The car wash is fair. It doesn’t have enough pressure to clean the fender walls and undercarriage had to end up. Going to a regular car wash and spray off myself.

Workers were very nice to start but I have scratches all over my new 4runner from this car wash. Manager was nice but pretty much told me I did it. I told him I hand wash my 4runner and the scratches were noticed after a wash yesterday. If you have a dark vehicle I would think about it first before going here but being told by today's manager that it could not possibly happen there when they have huge turning brushes in the wash is absolutely ridiculous. This is sad that my new car has scratches all over, lesson learned.

The best carwash hands down! Alaina was super courteous and helped us sign up for a monthly membership. She talked us through all the different options and what was included with each one. She was a great sales person and I could tell she was really interested in the customers wants/needs. Highly recommend Alaina and Tidal Wave!

The Best carwash hands down! The staff is super courteous, and the wash is always perfect! Large shaded area to dry off car. Towels and glass spray provided. Highly recommend
