“We tried to rent a 26' liftgate truck for the following morning. Unfortunately, they had to bring one from Knoxville to Blountville so we were not able to get it in the morning. The truck was scheduled for 12pm pickup. Penske called in the morning & said it would not arrive until 1pm. When the truck arrived in Blountville, they found the ramp lock was missing & attempted to replace it. They did not have the part in stock so we were rented the truck without the ramp lock & after 1pm. Although I considered giving them less stars, they were good with keeping me in the loop as far as the truck availability & as a result of the double delay, we were given a $25 credit. I've always preferred Penske trucks & will definitely continue to rent from them.”
